If you wish to exchange or return a product you have purchased, you have 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order to do so.
Any product return is accepted if:
The product is in its original condition.
The packaging of the products has not been opened or unsealed.
The product is not soiled or damaged.
The customer bears the return costs by returning the product in its original condition.
Contact us at 2316019816 if the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction to be able to return it, as long as the above conditions are met.
Return/exchange of products
In the event that the product delivered to you is incorrect (i.e. not the product you ordered) or is defective, you can contact our online store within 14 days from the date of receipt on 2316019816 to schedule collection of the incorrect product at our expense and to arrange delivery of the correct product you have ordered (including shipping costs).
Your first change is made free of charge by us.
For products that have a discount of -30% and above, there is also a charge for the first change of €5 (shipping costs), which are borne by the buyer.
Each subsequent change is charged with shipping costs of €5 which are borne by the buyer per shipment.
*In the lingerie-pyjamas-accessories-swimwear category, no changes or refunds are made for hygiene reasons.

In case of change, you must contact us within 3 days at 2316019816 for relevant information. After we receive your return, we send you the replacement product.
Money return:
You bear the cost of returning the products unless it is due to our fault. Upon receipt of the parcel, we check whether the product is in its original condition and within 14 calendar days the money is returned to your account.
The package until it reaches us is your responsibility if it is lost or damaged and also like the return product it should be in its original condition (tag not removed, not washed, has not undergone any alteration).
The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the return of all the money will be made by depositing into the bank account indicated by you.
Please note that our refunds are made through Eurobank.
In case you have another bank, the transaction costs are shared by both sides!
Finally, the shipping costs of €5 are not refunded, only the value of the garment is refunded!
Exchanges and returns are made within 14 working days.
